Large Bedroom Overlooking Garden

I have 1 bedroom to rent in my home in San Francisco, California. It is a 2 unit flat with hardwood floors, approximately 1,200 sq ft. It's a quiet safe area with plenty of street parking, public transportation nearby as well as local shops. Golden Gate Park, Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge, Lands End and Ocean Beach are within walking distance. This location is great for runners, bikers, hikers or just reflect at the DeYoung Museum or Legion of Honor. The room is unfurnished approximately 13x13 in size, Cable tv and wifi included in rent. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I'm looking for female roommate to stay at least a year.
