Room in 3-bedroom walk up

We are situated in the Outer Richmond District of San Francisco in walking distance from Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We are 2 adult men aged 29 and 40 and a friendly 9 year-old indoor cat looking for an easy-going roommate of any gender and comparable age who is not looking for a party place and who is taking Covid seriously (ideally no guests for a while, mask worn outside of the house, good hygiene and open about where you?ve been and what sort of contact with others). We are fairly clean and quiet. Occasionally we hang out but mostly do our own things.

Bedroom is a good size and you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the housemates. There is also a good sized kitchen and living room. Street parking is available and there are buses nearby. Utilities are not included in the rent but usually come to about $70-100 depending on the month. The room is available any time between July 1st and August 1st and we will be showing the room starting now.
