Room Available in sunny Outer Richmond apartment

Hello! I have one room available in my large, sunny 3 bedroom/2bathroom apartment in the Outer Richmond! (the last three photos are the bedroom with different decor/angles.) The room is available 8/1 and possibly sooner.

The apartment has a large common area filled with plants and art. We have a working fireplace and a balcony. The kitchen has granite counters, high quality stainless appliances, and a dishwasher. There's a washer/dryer in unit. You would share a bathroom with one other person (it's always clean!). Storage space is available.

The neighborhood is quiet a peaceful-- you can hear the foghorns at night! It's walking distance to Lands End, Sutro Park, China Beach, Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park. Street parking is pretty easy (no permits); garage parking may be available for an additional $150/month. You can walk to lots of restaurants on Balboa, Clement, and Geary. Multiple bus routes without a few blocks take you down town or south.

The roommates are two women in their 20s/30s-- we're open to any gender. I've lived her for over 5 years, the other roommate for 2. I work from home about half the time, but there's plenty of room for another person to work from home! There are also two friendly cats-- no other pets please!

Rent is $1300 a month plus utilities (around $120/month-- we try to be mindful of use); a one month security deposit is required. Terms are month to month and flexible, but I'd prefer someone who can make a 6 month initial commitment.
