Room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in multi-unit house. The room has a south facing window and two small closets. It's a decent sized room, 11'8" x 16'. Utilities are included. Washer and Dryer on ground floor. The apartment has a small kitchen and a dining room. You can pick up whatever color paint you want and the landlord will paint the room for you.

We're one block away from Ocean Beach so it's a good spot if you like to surf. Around the corner is a little commercial strip with Brother's Pizza and some other great establishments which are unassuming, yet solid. The L-Taraval is also one block away for when you need to leave the Sunset. I'm 34, low-key, work during the day, like to surf, run, garden. Move in as early as June 1st.
