Sunny Room in Comfortable House near Ocean Beach

We're looking for a third roommate for our comfortable 3 bedroom/1.5 bath house in the Outer Sunset. The room is quiet, faces over the backyard, and gets plenty of sun.

We have a garage and a backyard, washer/drier, and even a dishwasher. The house actually get a fair amount of sun (when the fog's not in!). We're fighting a losing battle with the gophers over landscaping, but it's still nice to have our own backyard for barbecuing and hanging out when the weather is nice.

We're just a few blocks from the beach and the zoo. We're close to the L-Taraval and several bus lines, and we're just a few blocks from the Lucky's shopping center (and are just down the street from the Sunset Market.)
We're two professionals in our mid-thirties who both have our own lives, but also enjoy binging bad TV and enjoying a glass of wine every now and again to unwind from work. Brian is an engineer who loves motorcycles, camping, and finding cool new projects to work on. Rachel works as a community manager, and loves reading, skiing, cooking, and winemaking.

We're neat, friendly, and drama free, and we're looking for someone who is the same. This is our home, and we'll hope you'll feel that way too!
