2 Spaces Available In LARGE Bedroom!

Hi all! We have a 2 spots in a room opening up in our house in outer sunset for $850 each (or 1 spot for $1700). It's one block from Golden gate Park, and only a couple blocks from food and stores on irving. It's on the second floor of a modern home with a huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedroom comes with its own bathroom with a huge shower as well! There is free laundry on the property and we are only one block away from the N-Judah and the Nx bus (30 min commute to downtown). We're also a 12 min drive from SFSU and Stonestown which has tons of food and shopping! We're close to other bus routes the 7,7x, and 29 which can get you all over SF. The room will be open December 1st and and you will be living with 2 other girls. We usually find ourselves baking, staying in to watch the office and the bachelor, or going out to the Castro or downtown on the weekends!
