Available Saturday, Feb 1st - we can negotiate your moving date. Feel free to move your stuff into our living room a couple days in advance if you need to.

The unit is the upper floor of a typical Sunset home with two large bedrooms. East-facing room with lots of morning light?great for early risers (with blackout curtains).

Just 2 blocks from public transit (Muni, 7), Safeway, and the shops on Taraval - where you can take the L if you want to. The hustle and bustle of the inner Sunset is a five minute bike ride away. Easy access to gyms, dumpling shops and grocery stores.

We really like the house (it's huge and beautiful) and the backyard with lots of space. We're open to living with anyone who's mature, responsible, and committed to making group living work.

- No couples, please - the lease specifies three people.

You'll be living with two guys, both in early 30's.

We are looking for someone who is employed. One has full time job Mon-Fri and the other works on weekends, except for Wednesdays and Thursdays. Apart from those days, you and the other roommate will have the place to yourselves on the weekends.
