Beautiful Room by the Beach

Living in this neighborhood is a Surfers Paradise. Situated right next to the ocean, all you have to do is walk across the street and you are there. You will be living with 2 other mellow surfers who are creative guys. The room beautiful wooden walls with shelving and a large closet. There are 2 large windows that look into the garden and patio. We also have a vegetable garden and bonfire area away from the room.. It is a really big back yard and with trees and flowers. The room is down in the basement so almost a private entrance. We have an incredibly loving dog. We all share the kitchen, bathroom, and the utilities.. Up the street, there are grocery stores, restaurants, laundry mat, Bakery, Vet and Surf shops. This is a great place for bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding and of course walking, jogging, hiking by the beach. There is a walking trail and bike trail. Parking is great, one of the safest neighborhoods in the city, and plenty of public transportation.
