Room for rent w/ shared bathroom

Master tenant here and we have a bedroom opening up in January in Outer Sunset, very close to the Lucky's in Lakeshore Plaza if you're familiar. Great location that is really close to the beach and major bus lines (L and 29). 3 roommates currently; one works in tech repair (me), another in healthcare and one at Starbucks, very diverse cast here that is welcoming and clean.

Move-in: ASAP

We ask that you're clean, polite, and responsible. No pets allowed unfortunately due to landlord

Room is roughly a 11x11 and will be unfurnished upon move-in (maybe a tv stand). You will have full access to spacious living room and dining room (we dont use them that much) and a full kitchen (I cook a lot). Washer and dryer downstairs in the garage (free) and gigabit WiFi throughout the house.

Rent is 1100 a month + bills which are around 150 with a 900 deposit upon move in, lease is a month-to-month but we hope you're able to stay at least until the end of Summer.
