Chill Room in the Outer Sunset

Hello! There's one bedroom available in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom Sunset house. Long term stay (6 months+) would be preferred but open to short term. Rent is $1125 plus security deposit. We keep the house clean. You're welcome to have people over as long as they're respectful of the space. We're chill people and looking for someone to share the house with.

The house: Has a front porch, cozy living room, kitchen, back deck, backyard, and two bathrooms with two showers. We share a driveway and garage, so when it's open, you can park there. Laundry on site.

The room: The room is very big and you have the neighboring space around the room to yourself.

Location: With Covid, it's been really amazing to live close to some beautiful areas. We're located 3 blocks from Ocean Beach and 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park. Also, the Great Highway has been shut down and truly a wonderful place to enjoy. There are also some really incredible places to get food and coffee. Honestly it’s our favorite neighborhood and we're grateful to live here.

Your roommates: We all create a space that's respectful and kind to one another. With covid happening, great roommates have been really helpful for us getting through this together, so hopefully we vibe.
