Your room would be downstairs, with its own entrance through the garage and a large bathroom (see layout sketches). Both the room and the bathroom were just remodeled. It’s perfect for someone who likes their privacy but still wants the option of socializing.
The room is unfurnished but if you’re not picky I’m sure we can loan you some things. Rent is $1000 per month plus utilities.
Your roommates upstairs would be Larissa & I. We both moved to the city about a year ago, are about to turn 25, and enjoy nights in and out with friends. I also like hiking, baking, DIY projects, and picnics. Larissa likes dancing, going to the beach for walks, wine and her lovely cat Tequila, who also lives with us (upstairs only).
