No indoor parking available at this time. It is across the street from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Ocean Beach. It is 2 blocks from the N-Judah train and 1 block from the #18 bus line. There is Safeway nearby. The bedroom rental is 14ft. by 14ft. There is a large garden outside the bedroom. The location would be ideal for. nature enthusiasts and surfers No cigarettes or pets in the apt. Cannabis is fine. Renter can rearrange and decorate their bedroom as they wish. I have lived here for 17 years. The building. is quiet and has good neighbors.
