Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to sublease my space in a Master bedroom at a ParkMerced townhome, from June - August.
The room is shared with another student and the rent is 750 + utilities. The room comes with half a closet. I will be down to leave it furnished, but if you want to bring your things that would also work. The house is shared with 5 other girls but many of them won't be there over the summer.
If you are interested in a longer lease that could also work out but it would need to be signed in August when the current lease is over!
I have limited pictured since I am not there but If you would like more in-depth pictures, feel free to contact me and I'll find a way to get them for you.
