Single Room in 3 bed apartment in San Francisco

I have a large master room for rent with a private bathroom in our 3 bed/2 bath townhouse located in Park Merced next to SFSU, many restaurants close by; 2 shopping malls with in walk distance, grocery store, cinemas, banks, etc. Transportation is very accessible. Park Merced is a safe community with a security patrol 24/7; we do have gym acces in front of the house and laundry room is on site. This room can be for a single person or it can be comfortable share in order to split the rent. It will be available September 10 or earlier. No drugs or party we; are a family oriented people living in a healthy and drama free environment very quiet and peaceful home.
