Low Rate Summer Housing

Need a below-rate summer crashpad? We've got an open bed available in the master bedroom of a Park Merced Apartment Highrise with excellent views, accommodating, great room/housemates and privately included bathroom. Currently, there are 2 other roommates in the room, one loft one ground level but we will be out of the house most of the time working, and won't be around much. Housemates are academically focused, low noise level, no substance usage, and very respectful and accommodating while they are home. Listing is recent, so expect updates as time goes on.
