Sunset Room, nice nook with ocean view

We are looking to replace the 4th roommate in our 4 bedroom 3 bath Central-Parkside Sunset home. The room is on the 3rd floor and is unfurnished with a closet and two windows, that get lots of light. There nook is perfect for a desk or a reading chair with an ocean view. You would share the upstairs bathroom with one other roommate in that floor. Common areas are fully furnished and stocked include living room, kitchen and laundry onsite.
We like to keep a relaxing space and ?don?t bring the party home.?
Roommates: J- Student and works in social services during overnights, enjoys running and competing in Spartan races in spare time.
K- works in social services, artist and costumer
J(2)- Student and performer that enjoys martial arts
We enjoy animals but unfortunately can not have any onsite.
