We have taken internships in Los Angeles and no longer need the apartment. This posting is for a lease takeover of the apartment until August 31st.

This is not a sub-lease or rental agreement with us, but rather with the Presidio. All paperwork and verification info would be done through the Presidio Leasing Office. We are responsible for showing the room and bringing applicants to the Presidio as the current tenants.

The new tenants would sign onto the current lease we have and we would be removed allowing for full ownership of the new tenants.

Perfect if you would like to live in the Presidio without making a full one-year commitment with the option to extend the lease if desired!
