Large bedroom available for rent in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment in the Presidio across the street from Baker Beach. Apartment is furnished but not the bedroom. Laundry room connected to the bathroom. Vaulted ceilings, good sized kitchen and balcony looks onto the beach. One reserved parking space to be shared, each person using every other month. Plenty of guest parking throughout the complex. Non-smoker, no cats (allergic), but small dog is okay. Close to shops and restaurants on Clement and Geary Streets. Many walking/hiking trails nearby and throughout the Presidio. Public transportation nearby - Muni Line 29 and the PresidiGo Shuttle. Rent includes utilities.

About me: I'm pretty laid back with a good sense of humor and easy to get along with. I like to keep the commons areas clean and tidy. But to be completely honest, I am working on organizing my stuff. I retire relatively early in the evening, 9:00/9:30, and get up around 5:30 each morning. So, I would like someone who is quiet during the evenings as I try to be quiet in the mornings.
