Presidio Home Available

Hello!

We have an opening in a room in our Crissy Field Presidio house starting ASAP. We’re open to an October move in date, but the earlier the better. We have a balcony overlooking Crissy Field, and it's about a 5 min walk down to the water! There's a rock gym down the hill and sea lions at the pier. We're close to many beautiful trails and presidio transport. The rent is currently at around $1550 INCLUDING utilities, and will be renegotiated in November. It's a 3 bedroom apartment, with 1 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms. Washer and dryer included in the house. Female preferred, vaccination mandatory, and looking for someone chill who likes movies and hanging out! Alcohol friendly. I don't smoke, but it my roommate does on the balcony. Nerds much appreciated. The available room is 11 ft x 10 ft 8 in, and would be unfurnished, but we have TONS of storage space and a furnished living room. About us: I'm 24 and currently working for Lucasfilm Animation in Lighting/FX and am the proud owner of a Corgi puppy named Indie. I'm a graduate from Ringling College of Art and Design with a major in Computer Animation. I love hiking, reading, playing the piano, and drawing. My current housemate is an MFA student in creative writing who also loves film and reading. We are open to having another pet in the house as well 🙂
