Sunny, spacious, furnished private room & bath

I've created a stylish, comfortable sanctuary in one of the quietest neighborhoods in the city, close to the Presidio, the Fillmore, & Clement Street. I'm looking for a roommate, preferably a female professional who either needs a room just during the week or is working temporarily in the city. I prefer someone who needs just a room rather than shared living space, although kitchen can be shared, using my tableware and cooking tools. (I can also accommodate women travelers who need a room for a long weekend or a week or two for a rate of $150/night with 1/2 deposit required and a signed waiver.) Limited to no storage available, sorry. Washer/dryer on site. Street parking available with some restrictions. (I have a limited number of weekday passes, weekends are unrestricted.) Linens provided. Backyard garden and grill. You must be neat, clean, comfortable with daytime temp at 66-68 and nighttime at 64, and willing to take off your shoes at the front door. Quiet hours between 10 p. m. and 7 a. m.

I'm a single, work-at-home professional woman with a mostly quiet life happily interrupted by walks/hikes/bike rides, dinner parties, weekend travel, and family gatherings.
