I would say both of your roommates are well balanced extrovert/introverts meaning that having a glass of wine together happens sometimes but other times people will retreat to their bedrooms to relax.

The apartment is sunny (gets morning sun in the bedroom and afternoon sun in the common space) has high end finishes and a large common space that includes a working gas fireplace. High end kitchen appliances and plenty of space for roommates to cook or throw dinner parties. The apartment building is very secure and parking and garage space is available for an added cost.
