Hey! I?m renting the second bedroom in my 2-bed, 2-bath 38th Floor Apartment in SoMa (1st and Harrison). Views of the South Bay and City are just spectacular and apartment is 1300 sq ft with a balcony so a bunch of space. You will have your own massive bathroom. Gym, pool and sauna all included in the building. In-unit washer and dryer. I?ve been here a year already and love it so just renewed but sadly my roomate can?t afford the rent increase. Looking for someone both tidy and sociable.
