I live in a high rise in Soma. My house mate is moving to Chicago and I have a bedroom available for rent. The apt is the prestigious 1 Rincon hill location with both bedrooms facing the bay view. The apt is fully furnished. This is a 1300 SqFt apt. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. I am in the master bedroom, looking to rent out the second room. This apt has Gorgeous views of the city and the bay. The living room has wall to wall glass fittings. The building has great amenities(2 gyms, 2 club houses, 1 bbq deck, 1 swimming pool, Parking available on purchase, valet parking.) The unit has washer, dryer, both bathrooms have a bath tub, and automated blinds. The unit is fully air conditioned. The unit has hardwood flooring and carpet in the bedroom.
Move in: The place is available from Mid June to last week of June. Confirmation required earlier. There is a Move in deposit in the form of first and last months rent. There is paid parking available. No pets allowed.

About myself: I am a female, working professional who is in the Software engineering space. I am extremely clean, no drugs, and enjoy the SF city life. I am easy going, extremely clean and cook once in a while
(vegetarian). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and tools which can be shared.
I am looking for a responsible Female/Male Housemate who is clean, easy going and mature.
