It?s a quiet area, 15 min walking distance to Trader Joe?s and nearby local shops and bars and restaurants. The room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk, tv and sofa-bed. Monthly payment of $1566.00 + 1 month deposit. You?ll have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, bathroom and storage basement. Ideally, my current roommate and I, are looking for someone who stay at least 3 months with the possibility to extend you staying, clean, professional or student, organized and friendly.
