Furnished room in spacious Russian Hill flat!

We have a room opening up in our beautiful Russian Hill flat overlooking North Beach, Coit Tower, and the Wharf/Bay. The apartment has a large living room, dinning table, marble fireplace, workspace/free area, new 4k HD smart T. V., kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a couple closets. We get TONS of natural light! The bedroom is furnished with the basics, but what you don't want can be moved to storage. We are a laid-back couple in our twenties and a sweet, lazy, hypoallergenic dog. We go out occasionally but we aren't party animals (at least not at home anyway). We are looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, respectful, on time with rent, not passive aggressive, easy going and ready to join our community!
