A few words about me:

Originally from Boston (and with the colorful accent to prove it) I am a Gay man who has lived in San Francisco now for over 30 years, and despite the high prices, dysfunctional local government and sidewalks littered with hypodermic needles, I intend to remain here until someone spreads my ashes under the Golden Gate Bridge (of which your room has a partial view!)

To support my extravagant lifestyle, I work in Real Estate and have been engaged in mixed-use housing development for many years, but that's as close as I've ever come to having a criminal record. Like most people in my industry, I do not view Donald Trump as a colleague--- at least, not a successful one. I'm an easy-going guy by nature, who is only Type A about his work, and who views his home as a sanctuary, not a shrine. I do try to keep the place neat and clean -- or rather my housekeepers do -- yet how you want to keep your own room is up to you. Short of animal sacrifice or leaving half eaten pizzas on the floor for days at a time, there's not much you could do to bother me. Because I work out of the house, I am often around during the day, so it would be nice if you had a job of your own and an office to go to between 900 and 500. Most people find me outgoing and friendly, and I am open to sharing the occasional drink. But if you decide to live here, your life will be your own, and I will respect your privacy.
