I?m moving out of my awesome Russian Hill apartment and looking for someone to move in starting Nov 1st.

The apartment is a spacious 2-floor 3br/2ba with a well decorated and furnished living room in an ideal location. It's 2 blocks up from Polk and on a tree-lined street near wine bars and a ton of restaurants. Trader Joes is walking distance.

The available room is on the second floor with a large closet and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. You also get access to two hallway closets for extra storage. The room is unfurnished.

It is a great deal at $1700/month + utilities which are an additional~90/month. There is a parking spot in the garage included in the rent.

Cost of move-in is 1 months rent + deposit of 1.5x months rent w/ 12 month lease agreement.

Roommate 1: M/30 - works in tech. Ideal night is chilling on the couch playing Worms on Playstation.

Roommate 2: M/30 - works in advertising. Loves music, concerts, and beating Roommate 1 at Worms.
