We have a private space in our two bedroom apartment. It is not big, but private and furnished.
The rent is $750 a month. We pay up to $100 a month back to roommates for cleaning after themselves in communal areas and for not making excessive noise, so you'll only pay $650! It is almost in one of the best neighborhood of San Francisco.

Within walking distance to Chinatown, North Beach, Soma, Fishermen's Wharf and the Financial District. Close to tons of public transportation. Basically the perfect location! Street parking available.

Looking for someone clean and quiet. Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Wifi, water, and garbage) are not included.
