Seeking roommate for great room - Russian Hill

*Apartment Description:
Russian Hill single room available for rent in 3BR/2.5BA apartment. Rent is ~$2250 + monthly bills (usually <$100 total).
*Apartment amenities include: A stunning Bay view on top of a 3 unit building, exclusive access to roof deck, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, heat & air conditioning (rarely used), large kitchen and living room, addt?l guest bedroom, a Peloton, and two awesome roommates. Gigabit internet and all the streaming services you can watch.

*Open Room:
The dimensions of the open room are 13' x 12' 2", and do not include closet and bay window. Big enough for a queen or king bed, dressers and desk. The previous occupant had queen sized bed, multiple dressers + full desk setup. Additional closet space available in the apartment. Pictures attached.

*About us:
We are two career-driven M?s (late 20s/early 30s) working in tech, and since the pandemic are WFH full-time (living in this apartment for 8+ years combined). We are a professional, yet pretty relaxed group that prioritizes fantasy football on NFL Sundays and enjoys sampling the best pizzas and IPAs the west coast has to offer. We play golf, discuss financial markets, news, and politics, watch & bet on sports, and game on our PS4s in between sharing meals and visiting happy hours with each other?s friend groups. When not sheltering in place, we traditionally throw a few parties throughout the year (Fleet Week on the Roof, Merry Jortmas Party in December).

*Looking for:
A respectful roommate (preferably male) who we can share this awesome apartment with, ideally a new friend that is interested in subletting the apartment for the foreseeable future (6+ months). Someone who will respect the space and us - we make a concerted effort to keep the common spaces pretty clean, and expect the same. Please include a brief description of yourself!
