Hi! Seeking a roommate to share my beautiful, sunny 2BR Russian Hill apartment ***with large shared (to-be) office.*** Amazing views and a yard!! Available July 1. I will be out of town July and most of Aug, so you?ll have the place to yourself for those months. Open to converting the office back to a bedroom (and therefore dramatically reducing rent) once Bay Area offices reopen.

Apartment details: Garage, on site laundry, dishwasher, deck, furnished back yard, incredible views from kitchen and living room, 1300 sf., split bath, dishwasher. Top floor of three-unit building with private entrance. Walking distance to the water, grocery stores, and downtown. Bedroom has built-in closet. On the North Beach side of the hill - two blocks from Columbus Ave.

About me: I?m a female extroverted introvert. In-house counsel for an energy company. Been passing the time during lockdown gardening, painting and reading. And watching too many movies. Normally I?m one to go out and socialize quite a bit. I like to to have home be a place to relax and recharge, but enjoy hosting the occasional gathering or dinner party. Been in SF for ten years after some time abroad. Originally from the Midwest.
