I am looking for a female professional to take over a single room (with a private bathroom) in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment for a long-term lease.

-Room can be furnished or unfurnished (you can view and decide if you'd like to keep the furniture)
-Two blocks away from Embarcadero
-15 min walk away from FiDi
-2 bedroom / 2 bath (only one other housemate, a recent grad from Cal working in the financial district for the upcoming year)
-In-unit laundry
-24/7 building doorman
-Pool / hot tub
-Racquetball court
-Gym
-Newly remodeled bathrooms / kitchen

The rent for a single will be $2100 monthly. Looking for someone to move in around October (date is flexible). No smoking and no pets.
