I'm looking for a roommate to take a bedroom in the beautiful South Beach Marina Apartments (at 2 Townsend) starting June 1. The lease would be for 1 year, willing to consider 6 months as well.

You'd have your own private bedroom with its own bathroom. You'd be sharing the apartment with just me - no third person living on the couch / in a converted living room, in contrast to many shares being offered at this price point.

It has a nice little balcony too, and an ample-sized kitchen and living room which get a lot of light (as does the entire apartment).

I'm a guy in my early 30s, been here for 3 years now working as a Product Manager at a health tech company in SOMA. Generally laid-back, fairly tidy, and friendly but respectful of personal time and space. I like to spend my free time doing outdoor activities, having dinner / drinks / having interesting conversations / doing random fun things with friends, and dancing.
