ABOUT THE ROOM
- 141 square feet for the bedroom, plus bathroom, bonus space (entryway), and extra closet. The entry space is large enough for desk or sitting area.
- Utilities, including internet and streaming services but not cable TV, are included. If cable TV is necessary, I am willing to negotiate
- I am looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6-12 months, but the lease will be month-to-month
- Faces the front of building with natural light coming in through a large bay window
- Good-sized closet in the bedroom plus extra closet in entryway
- Private bathroom is next door to bedroom with shower/bath combo
- Unfurnished

- All pots/pans/dishes/glasses/utens ils - I enjoy cooking, so I have a lot of the random small appliances and tools that you are welcome to use

ABOUT ME
I will be in the back bedroom. I also have my own private exit, which I will often use for myself. I generally will use the front entrance only when I have people over. I'm an early 30s male in government administration. I am from the Midwest but have been in the Bay Area for 5 years. I enjoy drinking good beer and eating good food with friends, reading, hiking/camping, and cooking. I periodically have friends over on the weekends, but mostly just to hang out, have a drink, and watch a movie or game. I spend a good amount of time outside of the apartment.
