SOMA Loft

Hello,

I am looking for a roommate to share a large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment/loft in SOMA/Mid Market area.

The loft and the room are fully furnished.

The room has a queen size bed, comes with linens and pillows if needed, black out window treatments, wood burning fire place with gas ignition, air conditioner, heater, hardwood floors, book case side table, mounted flat screen TV, nice wingback leather reading chair & ottoman and a desk & desk chair.

The room is sunny all day and is larger than the typical SF Victorian rooms for rent in the city.

The loft is approximately 1,100 square feet, and the bedrooms are completely separated between a living room, dining room and kitchen. Bedrooms have solid core doors providing peaceful and quiet rooms for relaxing, and working.

It is furnished with modern furniture, a full chefs kitchen, living room with entertainment components, full side by side washer and dryer, and two outdoor living spaces. One outdoor space features a gas BBQ and small garden with views to a small alley street with interesting San Francisco characters. The other outdoor space is a large garden and provides sun to the loft throughout the day. The loft is really beautiful, peaceful and extremely comfortable.

My previous roommates in the pst four years have been expats, who desired a fully furnished higher end living experience for 6-12 months.

The location is very close to Civic Center Bart/Muni, Twitter, Uber, Air BnB and provides easy access to 101 and 280 freeways.

I am a professional who works in financial services. I enjoy cooking (hence the chefs kitchen), wine, , and above all my dog Boscoe.

I lead a quiet life, work hard, and enjoy being at home. Boscoe is an Austrian Cattle dog. Extremely sweet, smart and respectful.

I am looking for a roommate who has a career, extremely clean, loves dogs, enjoys and respects privacy, is traveling light-fully furnished.

The contractual agreement will be month to month, but would prefer someone who is seeking a place for 6 to12 months. Longer than a year is fine too. My experience has been this situation is perfect for someone relocating, in SF temporarily, or is in transition.

Room is available June 15th or July 1st. First and last month required prior to occupancy. Rent is $1700 plus 1/2 utilities: gas, electric, water, internet, cable & garbage.
