- The house is located near Stonestown Mall and a few blocks away from Lake Merced. It?s a three bedroom, 1 bath house (shared with me) w/a very large garage (ample storage for you) and a lovely back yard for your use anytime. It?s a very safe neighborhood and is in walking distance to anything you might need.
Wonderful farmers market every Sunday from 9a to 1p. Loads of public transportation to down town; M takes you there with ease and an easy drive as well. I can give you all the best routes, as I drive every day. YMCA and City Sports just 5 blocks away. Ample street parking w/only street cleaning restrictions on my immediate block, no permit parking. I don?t entertain but may have my sister over to visit. Cleaning service, wifi, cable and all utilities are included in the rent. Large capacity washer and dryer in the garage, not coin operated

- Can be very social during the weekends which takes me out of the house, but have also been known to be a homebody at times
- Reads a lot but also likes to binge watch GOT or some other series that I?m interested in
- In bed usually by 9ish, could be earlier if I?m reading or just want to veg
- Don?t cook much at all. Kitchen is yours if you want it, lol

- Won?t bring the party home
- No Pets, smoke and drug free
