Cost to Move In: Security deposit $1350 +First month Rent $1350 = $1700

Utilities are included in the rent cost. However, the cost of house supplies are expected to be shared among the household (split cost for TP, cleaning supplies, garbage bags etc.)

About the Flat: Centrally located in the Sunset district which makes it conducive to exploring the full Sunset district which includes heading to Ocean beach/Golden Gate Park. Enjoy the benefits of all the deliciously authentic and cheap asian food. We are situated between the N Judah and L Taraval muni line, also across the street from the bus line. This is a decent size flat built in the 50's with hardwood floors throughout, 1.5 baths, garage for storage (no available parking space), small outside back patio.

Parking: Street parking is easy to find and only has street cleaning twice a month.

About the room: Pluses: Efficient size room with a lot of natural light during the day (west facing). Has total privacy between the other bedrooms. Negatives: Sits on the street side, but there is really only the sound of the whooshing cars. There are no bars or vagrants in this neighborhood. The Sunset is more suburban. And there is no closet in the bedroom, but our previous tenants either had a storage closet put in with clothes rack and there is extra storage in the garage if needed.

About your future roommates: One female and one male 39-40 yrs of age. One extraverted-intravert and the other very extraverted. Both mature and responsible when regarding our home, but otherwise are goofy-artistic types with a slight beatnik vibe who don't take themselves too seriously. We occasionally hang out at home, but like to keep busy with exercise, extracurricular hobbies, traveling, etc. One works mid-day to night while the other works night shift. During the week it's super chill and quiet, with routine meal cooking after work and watching TV in the living room, but mostly retiring to our bedrooms for r&r. So generally the house is usually very quiet and low key as we have most of our fun/socializing outside. Would prefer a like-minded roommate, please :)
