Hygienic and Clean oriented
Refrigerator Space will be alloted. Items you bought should have initials on the product.
KitchenWare (Dishes, Mugs, Pans, Etc.) are fair game as long as they are cleaned and put away properly.
Toilet Paper and other cleaning supplies are shared amenities
Smoking (Cigarettes only allowed outside) & Drinking is fine in the house
Having guests over are welcome as long as roommates are given a notice beforehand
The security is currently waived during pandemic to accommodate quick move ins
