Private room + bathroom available in the Sunset

Looking for a 3rd roommate for the downstairs bedroom in our Sunset home. Move-in any time between 7/17-8/1. This room has a private bathroom & is located right by the downstairs patio. This is also the only bedroom located on the 1st floor. We have quite a bit of storage & lots of outdoor & indoor shared space. Free parking & friendly neighbors. Myself and the other roommate living here are in our mid/late 20s and are working professionals exercising social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The house is fully furnished minus the room that is for rent. Large kitchen, large backyard, and a washer/dryer in the home.

I have 2 dogs that live indoors but they do not have access to the downstairs part of the house. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accept any other dogs. Roommate would need to commit to 8+ months, so no short term rentals. There is no master tenant, all roommates pay the same amount & are equal parties on the lease.
