I'm looking for an awesome person to fill a room becoming available in a beautiful Sunset District home. The house gets amazing natural light in all the rooms. There is hardwood throughout, full kitchen, garage for 1 car, driveway and plenty of street parking is available (no need for a permit). There is a spare room for guest and/or a home office. We also have an in-unit washer/dryer, basement for hobbies and storage, and a decent size fenced in backyard to relax. There is 1 large bathroom in the house. This has never been an issue in the past, but please feel free to ask any questions!
