About the Unit: This is beautiful unit is on the top floor of a four floor apartment building(with elevator). Included is a Washer/Dryer in the unit as well as Dishwasher. There is plenty of natural sunlight as well a balcony that grants of the beautiful view of the city all the way to the ocean.

About the Area: We are centrally located on 20th and Taraval. It?s pretty quiet as we are away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Safeway is 2 blocks away as well as Walgreens. Stern grove is a just a couple blocks away for a leisurely stroll. West Portal is a 10 min walk way. For everything else there is Muni(L, 28, 29) which is just around the corner from the building. If you have a car, no problem as there is plenty of street parking and you will also be able to get a parking permit.

About Us:
D- a creative theatre and arts person who loves to play video games and watch tv and spend time with others. Currently unemployed due to covid but close to finding another job.

V- Health Care Administration. Gone during the day for work, likes to relax with tv and some music at home. Enjoys the city and is a very chill and nice person.

This is an apartment that definitely feels like a home. We are LGBTQ friendly. A place you will be able to unwind and lift off the stress of the day or this crazy world. It is generally pretty clean. We are easy going and like socialize together to watch a movie or play a game every now and then, but we able to keep off each other?s toes as the apartment is pretty big.
