Rent: $1,050 includes utilities! (No extra payment besides WiFi!)
Wi-Fi is split between the 4 tenants ($15 each)
Move-In Total: First and last month rent + $200 cleaning fee
Looking for a fun, clean, responsible roommate to fill our home. LGBTQIA+ friendly!
You would be the 4th addition to our home, and we all have separate leases for our rooms with door codes. Additional notes below:
- Year-long lease (after one year it turns into a month-to-month)
- Unfurnished room
- Roommate would share the hall bathroom with two other roommates (3 total), 4th roommate has a separate private bathroom / shower.
- Looking for someone who is especially clean and is respectful of common area cleanliness as we all use the kitchen and living room.
- Freshly painted white walls
- Hardwood floors
- No couples
- No pets
- No bike storage (sorry!)
- We are not a party house but like to get together for an occasional wine or game night!
- We all work different hours (Some of us are 9-5 and WFH so we do get up early). We are all respectful and keep noise to a minimum
- N Judah stop steps from the front door (literally)
- laundry as close as 28th ave or down on 48th by 7/11/Woods Outbound/Trouble Coffee
- Is okay on their own in the home, but also engages with roommates! We may be on separate leases, but we are a home, and enjoy chatting in the hallways and in the kitchen.
