Small, unfurnished room is 10.5’ x 10.5’ with a 2’ x 3’ entranceway and a 4’ x 2’ closet. $600 plus $600 deposit

The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplex with large kitchen and no living room. Utilities, laundry, high-speed internet, garbage/recycling service are all included in the cost. There are no other bills, as there are no meters for gas/water/electric on the former naval base.

We are in our late 40’s. I am a massage therapist and my current roommate is an acupuncturist. Two new roommates are a couple who work in restaurants.

We are a quiet, drama-free, non-partying kind of household. Our former roommates were international students from Korea. So we are a non-shoe wearing in the house home, too.

Applicants must be approved by the rental agency on Treasure Island, The Villages at Treasure Island, which is free and includes a background and credit check. The lease is month-to-month and the unit is rent-controlled, which increases at 2.2% annually.
