Open room in a four-bedroom unit on Treasure Island. The room is about 10'x10', with a sizable closet. You will share a bathroom with myself and one other person. It is available immediately with first month's rent. Rent, including internet and utilities is about $625.

And we're right next to the number 25 bus stop--about 15 minutes from downtown.

About us: Three people (2 female, 1 male), two cats and a dog. We tend to do our own things, but are friendly when we see each other. Looking for someone else who has a similar mindset.

Not looking for more pets. Other than that, we are looking for people who aren't loud, don't smoke in the house, and clean up after themselves.

The lease is month-to-month.
