We have 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment on Treasure Island. Parking and laundry (in-house) are free.
The bus stop is approximately 1 minute walk away, and the 25 MUNI line comes by every 15 minutes and drops off downtown (approximately 15 minute ride). There are two great restaurants on the island, a grocery store, the YMCA, and the beach.
Current roommates are 2 queer women in our late 20s looking for someone clean and respectful in their 20s to share the space with. You must be employed or a student, and able to pass a background check.
Lease is month to month. Rent is $760 ($730+ $30 for internet) per month, and the security deposit is also $760.
Note: If you are allergic to dogs, you would not be comfortable living here (there are 2 very shy ones).
