Who we are: I am a single mother with three adult children looking for roommates to share my marvelous, safe home.

Rent varies according to how long you intend to stay here:
1 year or more: $1290
6 months - 1 year: $1390
Less than 6 months: $1490

Our house faces the Pacific Ocean, which gives us fantastic sunsets. The downside of that, though, is that it gets very foggy here. We only use heating in the winter.
The house is on a slight hill to and from public transportation, so please be mindful of your physical health before considering us.

7 blocks from the main subway and a few blocks from many bus stops (30-40 minutes to everywhere in town)
20 minutes driving from San Francisco International airport.
Access to 3 shared bathrooms.

Our goal is to enlarge our network and have you as a part of our family. It is a very PERSONAL place. We live here thus our rules are important and safety is vital.

No shoes, no pets of any kind.
No family, no friends or visitors.
No weapons and no drugs, under any circumstance.
No candles, or anything else that can put our home in jeopardy, are allowed.
There are no keys to the rooms, but there is a lock on the inside for when you are home.
As most wooden homes in San Francisco, there's little soundproofing, so low voices after 9pm and early morning are a must. We want to make sure that everyone has a peaceful place to come back to.
We have surveillance cameras around our common entrance and exit areas.
Smokers have a bench outside our main door.
You will need to learn our alarm system which is constantly used.
Background check required.

Pros: the safest place in town.
You will have a very resourceful family backing you up.
Street parking readily available.

Cons: No personal laundry, limited cooking, no guests/parties allowed.
