- September 1 move in date
- Looking for the tenant to sign a 1 year lease
- Currently the apartment is being occupied by 2 others occupying the other bedrooms, they are 2 respectable and friendly males working in tech
- I am the landlord and owner of the unit so I take the maintenance and care of the unit very seriously and you can expect the other tenants occupying the unit to be respectable and friendly people (you can reach out to me for more details about the current tenants)
- Secured gated parking is optional and available for $200 a month
- Living room and common area is furnished with couch, tv, table, chairs, cooking ware, utensils, plates, bowls etc
- Shared bathroom with 1 other person
- $35 monthly out of pocket : $25 average utilities electricity fee + $10 monthly wifi fee
