Cheap room in spacious house outside SF

A moderate sized room in a large house just outside SF is available starting August. The room comes with a full closet, and 1.5 shared bathrooms (one on upper floor with a shower and one on main floor with just a toilet and sink). The shared living areas come furnished and all utilities + wifi are included. Leases are able to be signed for 6 months, 1 year, etc. when specified.

Current housemates are professionals, all very respectful and clean. I am only moving due to losing my job during the pandemic, but the house is newly refurnished and only 2 housemates are regularly in the house currently. It's a great place when you want to be in SF but live in a safe and quiet neighborhoood!
