Modern 2bd/2ba next to Facebook campus

I am looking for a flatmate to share a modern 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Menlo Park available from 2nd Feb.

About the apartment:
The apartment is a 1090 sq. ft. ground floor unit at 777 Hamilton (built in 2017). There is a washer/dryer in unit, and I will furnish the living room and kitchen for both of us to use. Both bedrooms and the living room are west facing and receive enough daylight. There will be a covered parking spot for you should you need it, and there is a garage available for additional fees. The community has a gym and a lounge area with hot tub, bbq, etc.

The photos attached with this ad are photos from a model apartment in the same community (I am not moved into the apartment yet so can not provide my own). The floor plan is 2C and the unit is E101. I have two photos of living room furniture that I will be bringing with me.

The room without the walk-in closet is for $1750 and the other room is for $1800; you can select either. Rent includes all utilities, electricity, internet, cable (HBO), etc.

About me:
I am 30 years old and have lived in the Bay Area for a little more than 4 years. I was previously a software engineer at Google, and am now a Bioinformatics Scientist at Grail, a cancer diagnostics startup. I grew up in India and did my masters in the UK before eventually coming to the US. I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities alike on the weekends. On longer vacations, I enjoy traveling through different cultures and languages. I keep my living space clean and tidy, and I cook occasionally. I generally keep to myself, but am friendly and a good company in conversations and activities. If you are new to the area, I will help you get settled in.
