1 bedroom/1 bath is available for rent in a newly renovated single family house. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is usually shared by 3 people.

The Roommates:
I am a full time working single mom and keep it low key on weekdays and weeknights. I have a cute daughter and go to bed early, wake up relatively early and host occasional guests.
The other roommate works at bio lab. We are both in our early 30's, friendly with each other around the house but often keep to ourselves as we do have our own lives/friends/family.

You:

My housemate and I hope to find an enthusiastic and engaged housemate who would enjoy cooking and sharing an occasional meal together. We are cautious about COVID practices and expect the same from any new housemate. If interested, please reply with a bit about yourself, then we can arrange a call.

Plenty of street parking available, and private parking space with an additional cost. Utilities-PG&E/Water/Trash/Comcast high-speed internet is between $80-$120 a month per person.
This home close to Belmont community center and is located off of Ralston Ave. Easy access to hwy 101, and hwy 280. Centrally located--5 minutes by car/10 by bike to downtown Belmont City and the Caltrain station. Close to Electronic Arts HQ, Facebook HQ plus about 2 miles from Oracle headquarters. Running errands is fast and easy with lunardi’s market and Safeway within walking distance, and Costco is only a 15-minute drive away. This is the perfect location if you want to be close to San Francisco without the hustle and bustle or a commute further south.
