Smoking allowed but on the balcony only and no excessive drinking or illegal activities, visitors are allowed on case by case basis. Rent is $1500/month + $200 deposit. Available ASAP. I am currently renting this place and have month to month terms, and it would be the same terms for the subletter. This place is ideal for someone who needs a car and needs access to the city as well as the surrounding areas including Daly city, South San Francisco, and Pacifica. Each of these areas are less than 30 minutes drive. There is also convenient shuttles that pick up near here (5 minutes walk) that can take you to public transportation including Bart and Cal Train. As for me, I am a 25 year old Male who works in biotechnology in SSF. Ideally looking for a roommate who is clean, friendly, easy going, and pays rent on time.
